Yes: You should be fine with the usual doses. If it doesn't give relief you need to look for other treatments and not simply increase the amount you are taking.

Sodium: This preparation is rather high in sodium which might contribute to high blood pressure and swelling of your legs. Each packet has 712 mg of sodium which is about a third of the recommended daily intake. Consider something like Tums (calcium carbonate) instead.
