Radiculopathy: 30's person with pain from neck to hands has neural impingement in either cervical spine or within the shoulder hemi-girdle. Name for the latter injury mechanism is thoracic outlet syndrome, and absent trauma would be a better bet in a 33 year old than would cervical disk injury. Physical exam, cervical mri, ; doppler studies with addson's maneuvers can help solve the differential diagnosis.
