No unless too many: B vitamins have a wide margin of safety and are generally non-toxic. One exception is vitamin b6. High doses of b6 can cause neuropathy, but this is rare in those taking less than 500 mg a day and there is no need to take such large amounts! however, b vitamins can increase energy and taking high doses later in the day could be stimulating and might prevent sleep.
