Many causes poss.: It can b from muscle strain 2 pleuritic pain referred 2 the back/scapular area. Some r of no great concern some could b serious c ur pcp and get a diagnosis, & if need, get a referral 2 an ortho. Pe, apical disease of the lung r some also. As u can c an eval is needed.
