Contavt your dentist: Without knowing how long that white lesion is present on your tongue. If it is present for more then 2 weeks i would consult dentist. Good luck.

White "spur": Size, duration, texture, etc. No way to tell without a one-on-one evaluation. If it has been present 2 weeks or longer important that your see a Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for evaluation.
