Probably Mucocoel: Could be a mucous retention cyst ( mucocoel) or possible a small benign tumor. Easily treated. I"d see an oral surgeon asap.

Possibly fibroma: It may be a fibroma. If it is a cyst, then either way you need to have the site palpated to help with a diagnosis. Maybe even a biopsy.
