Can a white painless tongue without any patches mean i have dehydration?

Maybe/maybe not: White coated tongue is a very non-specific finding. There are more specific physical findings suggestive of dehydration, e.g., weight loss of more than 3%, infrequent urination, dry lips with sticky saliva, etc.
