Might be normal: The tongue surface has many spike like projections that can trap milk solids and appear white. If that is the only area with the white appearance, and not the linings of his mouth, it may just be that.His acting pissy doesn't have to be from hiss tongue. It might be thrush, a yeast that feeds off the sugar in his feeds. Your doc can sort it out.
