Tingling: You have a viral infection of the mouth. Eat and drink vold things to sooth the pain. It may take 7-10 days to clear up.

Could be canker sore: Can be very painful. Would recommend seeing your dentist for a more accurate diagnosis based on an examination. Hope this helps.
