Luckily, guillain-barre syndrome is uncommon, affecting only 1 or 2 people per 100, 000. You may be dehydrated. Make sure to be drinking plenty of fluids. To correct dry mouth, otc biotene mouthwash can be swallowed. Use at least twice daily.
