I've had chronic chest pain and sensitivity in my right pectoral for 6 months after a bike crash. x-ray showed nothing. aleve (naproxen) only takes the edge off.

Chest trauma: Persistent post traumatic pectoral chest pain for 6 months unresponsive to anti inflammatory medications raises concern and should be further evaluated by a physician with appropriate investigations including chest /rib x-rays . Mri / ct based on doctor evaluation if indicated.
