Naproxen's fine.: No probably to take naproxen along with amoxicillin or propranolol. Just don't OVERDO it. If you are using Naproxen to specifically treat your headaches then, you do not want to use it on more than 10 days out of any given month otherwise your headaches could be caused to get worse. Good luck.
