Possibly: Non-steroidal medications like Naproxen and Ibuprofen work both as anti-inflammatory drugs in addition to analgesics (pain relievers).Acetaminophen is mainly an analgesic with little effect if any on inflammation.Being in your early 30's, osteoarthritis is less likely unless you've had joint injuries. Many causes of back/joint pain not related to arthritis. See an orthopedic doc or rheumatologist.

Not really: All of the meds mentioned are pain relievers. Back pain is not RA and a negative b27 makes ank spondy very unlikely.
