See Vein Specialist: Vaginal veins are primarily due to one of two reasons-malfunctioning valves in the saphenous system or in the pelvic/ovarian veins. Soaking in warm water is not the solution. You should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation including a venous reflux ultrasound. You may also require an evaluation of the pelvic veins. Vaginal varicosities can be treated.

Get an evaluation: If these came from nowhere, they may be a sign of deeper vein obstruction including things like iliac compression syndrome or even a mass. See a phlebologist or vein specialist. Phlebology.Org for referrals.
