Theoretically : Endometriosis has been found in all parts of women's bodies, so theoretically it's possible. However, highly unlikely. Have you seen a chiropractor for your back and shoulder pain? A musculoskeletal problem would be much more likely.

Not likely: Endometriosis is a pelvic disease. It is unlikely to present in the back or shoulders.
