Yes: Endometriosis is almost always found in the abdominal cavity. It may also be present in the vagina. Interestingly, . It has been found in distant organs such as the lungs and the brain. Although I am not aware of reports in the shoulder, i suppose it is possible.

Referred pain: Endometriosis on the diaphragm can cause referred pain that is felt in the shoulder. This typically happens on the right side. I've never heard of endo in a joint.
