No: There is no link but celiac disease can cause muscle aching and inflammatory bowel disease can cause an arthritis.

No and yes: If ibs is irritable bowel, then no, not directly, unless associated with fibromyalgia. If ibs is inflammatory bowel disease, then yes - 20% get arthritis.
