Likely: If recent endo, colo and 2 gastro consults are unremarkable, your persistent GI symptoms are likely ibs. Consider a gyn or urology eval if your pelvic discomfort persist.

Agree with Dr. T: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. If you have not lost weight and do not have blood in stool or urine, IBS is a likely explanation.
