Sounds like you may : Have an anal fissure. Bleeding per se does not occur with just ibs unless the diarrhea/constipation has inflamed the hemorrhoids or you have developed a fissure. Get checked by a colorectal surgeon and if neither are found, may need a colonoscopy to look for the source of the bleeding.
