Wt loss pills: As of 3/24/12, there are only two drugs approved by the fda for weight loss. They are not the best. There are pros and cons with them: Phentermine and orlistat. There is an over the counter lower dose version of orlistat called alli. That's it. We need more pills for weight loss but they should be used as adjunct (in addition) to the main treatment: diet and exercise.
