Weight loss: Don't go after fast weight loss - you will not enjoy it. Weight loss is important but it is best when done slowly. Aim for half a pound a week - about 25 lb per year. Do that regularly and be pleased. If you have bathroom scales weigh yourself once a week without clothes on. Over time you will be very pleased with your change in weight.
