Hyperthyroidism: Although i'm a yank and not as familiar with values in the uk, this looks quite high. Normal is up to about 24. You must be feeling miserable: hot, irritable, palpitations, nervous, tremor. Graves disease, a form of hyperthyroidism, is listed as one of your conditions. You need treatment, starting with medications to control your thyroid. See your doctor.
