Not worried: Toddlers fall a lot. Short distances (like less than the height of their bodies) should not cause a problem other than bruising. Generally the kids cry immediately and can be comforted. It takes more force than a short fall to the floor to cause significant damage. That being said, if child is inconsolable or not acting right, have her checked out by a doctor.
