If she is: Acting appropriately, eating, not vomiting, playing, seems her normal self and you watch her and she does not change then just watch her. If she changes for the worse then take her to the er> ice the bump if she will let you.

Observe her: Probably she'll be fine. Red flags to take her to er stat include: sleepiness, vomiting, purple or red bruise behind 1 ear (battle's sign), facial deformity after the fall, confusion, or seizure. Normal, non-emergent signs to expect after a head injury include headache, nausea, irritability, and lack of interest in playing. Trust your instinct, you're never wrong to bring her to er.
