Concussion: means transitory loss of neurological function and will return to normal with out loss of any neurological function, against contusion of brain where will have permimenant neurological deficit . If you did not loose momentary loss of cinciousnes or blocked out means is not concussion If you did you have and pillow hit you wit very high velocity then you need to see a physician for associated injur

Change mental status: Concussion is defined as an alteration in mental status as a result of a head injury. It does not need loss of consciousness. You inidcate you have not experienced any symptoms after being hit by the pillow, so not a concussion.
