Maybe Medications : Many medications such as diuretics, anti histamines, bladder control medication, and some anti depressants can cause this. Less commonly, autoimmune diseases such as sjogrens can be the cause. Dryness includes dry eyes and mouth, sometimes skin and vaginal dryness too.

Mouth breathing: Is the most likely reason. Some medications can do that as well.

Snoring: When you sleep your jaw muscles relax, allowing jaw to drop open and move back, partially blocking airway, resulting in mouth breathing and often snoring.
