C-section: Absolutely not. Weight loss surgery is an elective operation that should be done when you are in a normal state of health and only after you have had an extensive evaluation by a dietician, a psychologist, and a bariatric surgeon. It's not an operation you do just because it is convenient since you are already having an operation.

Weight loss surgery: Weight loss surgery is not possible to be performed during gynecological or obstetric procedure. The procedures performed, whether bypass, band, or sleeve, are performed in the upper abdomen. Exposure to the stomach is not adequate through lower abdominal incisions. Also, the work up for weight loss surgeries is very complicated and likely couldn't be timed with the performance of a c-section.
