Diet after surgery: Well, i don't recommend dieting for any of my weight loss surgery patients. What I do preach, is to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Eat normal food, but learn what foods are bad for you. Avoid bread, rice, pasta, tortillas, soda, sweet desserts, etc. Try to eat lean protein, vegetables, fruits. Also remember to exercise. Just be smart with your food choices, but don't "diet.".
