Bradycardia: It depends on many factors.Such as your age , how long you have had the bradicardia etc. Is the pulse less then 50 ?Are you a runner.You should have an ekg to determine the rhythm and the rate , is there a bbb..Should at least see a physician to have an exam.

Depends: It would be important to know why you have bradycardia (a slow heart rate) in the first place. If you are unable to increase your heart rate with effort you will not be able to increase the blood flow to your exercising muscles (including your heart) and this could cause chest pain. Your chest pain could also be totally unrelated to your heart but you should be evaluated by a cardiologist.
