My rhr is 47-51 and im not an active person. while awake sometimes it falls to 42. i dont feel lightheaded but i occasionally have palpitations and have a sinking sensation in my chest. activity causes a spike to 120+. do i have bradycardia?

Bradycardia is defined as heart rate is less than 60 bpm. Heart rate goes up with activity so your heart seems acting normal. However, based on the the presence of bradycardia and your symptoms, it is prudent to have a baseline 12 lead EKG done. Good luck.
