Last night and into this morning I have had pretty intense chest pain along with bradycardia. My resting HR is around 65, and last night my HR was around 40. This morning my HR wont go above 60, having chest pains, & palpitations. Should I go to ER?
Ecg shows sinus bradycardia with sinus arrhythmia, I Did Echo 1 month ago was normal, Stress test (6 months ago) normal, Have shortness of breath but spirometry normal, have chest tightness and pain below left chest that comes and goes with dizziness?
