Just tears: Your doctor is just asking you to use supplemental artificial tears to augment your natural tears. It's a first step to see how you respond. If artificial tears are not sufficient, other dry eye treatment options may be required.

Lubricant: Tears naturale is a brand of artificial tears. These are lubricants to supplement your natural tears. There are many brands of natural tears. Feel free to try others as well.

Better drops: Tears naturale (artificial tears) is ok but there are better ones; preservative free refresh, systane or blink will all help more than tears naturale (artificial tears). They all help replace the tears that you lack and help lubricate the surface of the eyes.
