What exactly do you mean by "strong" pain? There are only a few things that cause pain with extraocular movement, the most serious being orbital cellulitis which is an infection inside the eye socket that causes SEVERE pain with movement of the eye and typically occurs on one side. This diagnosis is rare and doesn't fit your story but its an emergency requiring immediate medical care. See a doctor
