Yes. Dilating the pupil for examination of the eyes would not interfere with physical activity, as long as you your vision is comfortably normal. Depends of the drops that are used and the level of basketball that you're playing. Most of the drops will give you blurry vision (worse up close) improving in 4 to 6 hours. There are some dilating drops that can last longer. For very high-level games it might make a difference in your playing. Generally you should be okay.
