I have had a thorough eye exam about 9 month ago & my eyes were dilated. new prescription, lot of zig zags lasting 20 minutes. 8 in the month of feb 2021. recent double vision lasting seconds only just once. please give me your best advise. thx's di?

Would have a rather high suspicion of multiple prior transient ischemic attacks. Would highly recommend visit to a neurologist ASAP, and likely MRI and some vascular imaging. Medications to prevent a stroke likely should be commenced. If another such spell occurs, go to ER immediately. This is NOT due to your new eyeglasses.

You need to see a neurologist soon. Your zig zag lines may be sign of ocular sign of migraine, but with double vision it is important to make sure there is no neurological problem.
