My g. pyrenees weighs >120 & he was playing rough & he punched me on the nose between my eyes. the next day i woke groggy & slept till evening time. i had forgotten my vision is blurry, headaches, & loss of smell. do i call the dr. or rest at home?

If your symptoms have now improved then you do not need to visit an urgent care. You should if most symptoms have gotten worse, especially the headache. Good luck.
