Probably muscular: The pain is most likely musculoskeletal, or coming from a muscle or joint. Reassuring that pain occurred after walk, not during, and was brief. Might be helped by icing or maybe heat such as heating pad. In my mind, ok to observe this and if it doesn't recur, nothing further needs be done. Keep up the walking!
