Really scared, i have a fluttering feeling on right side just below breast and right side of top oabdomen, no pain, er doc, said not heart or lung!

Depends: If you were on a heart monitor at the time you had your fluttering, the er doctor saw it, and it was normal, you can be confident your symptoms are not due to a heart rhythm problem. The other causes should have been evaluated by the er doctor.
