Multiple things: Keep moving, consider adopting an "anti-inflammatory" diet, lose weight if you are obese, consider seing a specialist just to make sure it is not more than simple osreoarthritis. In specific cases, braces, physical therapy, and visco-supplementation may be helpful. Thank you for the question.

Low impact : Keep your weight down, low impact activities, avoid deep squats and stairs. Strengthen your quads and hamstrings. Wear comfortable sneakers and take tylenol (acetaminophen) arthritis when the pain gets bad.

Knee pains : You seem to be too young for oa . Make sure you get checked for inflammatory joint disease and other causes. Pain relief will follow treatment of underlying pathology
