If you ask this question for yourself, it is extremely rare to have knee OA at your age unless you had knee trauma in the past. Young people have problem with torn ligament or torn discus than OA, a main joint problem for elderly and/or overweight people. Knee symptoms do vary quite often, weather change may have some impact too.
