Talk to your doctor: Although stimulant medications are most notably thought to promote appetite suppression it is something to consider that it can cause a variety of changes to both appetite and food preferences. For example it could make sweet foods taste less palatable and perhaps cause a transition to higher fat food or starches instead. Additionally, when stimulants wear off there is increased appetite.
