I will recommend you discuss it with your healthcare provider who prescribed the adderal and he/she may consider switching to a different medication.

Alternatives: If Adderall hellps you focus, consider an alternative like methulphenidate (ritalin, concerta). Other alternatives include provigil, nuvigil, wellbutrin, (bupropion) imipramine, strattera. These may allow for better tolerance.
