I had a tetanus vaccine last week. now my armpit hurts especially while raising my arm. should i be concerned ?

Possibly: Although transient discomfort at the site of injection is common, pain in the axilla (armpit) is less common and suggests that there is inflammation in there, either as a reaction to the shot or a secondary complication. Get this looked at asap, and good luck.

Agree: Yes. But reduce your chances of getting tetanus.
