Not Easy To Do: If you have excessive fears/concerns about your health, this is not easy to eliminate--however it can be done. Start by recognizing: 1) you do not understand human fear that well; 2) you do not understand health, illness, and medicine very well. For the first--read whatever you can about the causes of anxiety. For the second--get a trusted health professional who can guide you through your fears.
