What are the complications of upper endoscopy w/ biopsy? since having it three months ago, i have a bit of discomfort with swallowing.

Probably not the EGD: The major risks of upper endoscopy include bleeding, perforation, aspiration and anesthetic-related issues. It is highly unlikely that the swallowing discomfort that you are now eexperiencing is related to the endoscopy.
