Zyrtec (cetirizine): Hello, the dose of zyrtec (cetirizine) is 2x the normal dose for your child but he should be just fine. He'll probably be sleepy because of the sedating tendencies of this medication. You need to work out a system so this doesn't happen again. Next time it could be much worse.
