For 2 1/2 weeks i have had a severe pain in right groin area when i walk or move around. it shows no sign of improving. ?

Go see doctor: It is time to be checked out by your dr as you have ongoing symptoms. Need to rule out inflammation of lymph nodes , ingguinal hernia, etc. Physical exam is needed to get proper treatment. Good luck.
