Varies: About half of women who are breastfeeding will resume cycling while nursing, the other half will not cycle while they are nursing.

Don't worry: You will be fine. Some women will have their monthly cycle return by now, but many won't. It is natural. It might not start again until you stop nursing, but that won't hurt anything. Enjoy your baby!
