Is it safe to take 1 10 miligram or 1 and a 1/2 10miligram loritab or hydra codeine while breast feeding ? my daughter is 2 1/2 months old

Depends: If you really need lortab or hydrocodone use as little as possible with breast feeding. Otherwise i would discontinue using it. You might want to try tylenol (acetaminophen) and/or Ibuprofen instead and see if this is just as effective for you.
