Yes: Patients with nf1 can develop plexiform neurofibromas anywhere along peripheral nerve sheaths including in the abdomen. In addition, there are also gastrointestinal stromal tumors that may develop. Given your symptoms, i would reccomend a ct of the abdomen and pelvis.

Yes: Neurofibromatosis can be associated with many abnormalities including endocrine secreting tumors. They can release neuropeptides such as Epinephrine and serotonin which could be causing your gastrointestinal problems. Go see an internist or endocrinologist.

Maybe: Stomach pain has many etiologies. Nf can affect almost every part of body. Rarely gastrointestinal tract involved. Should see physician for exam and possibly tests to determine cause. Possibilities include gb, stomach, pancreas, gastroesophageal reflux to name few sources of discomfort. Leg pains can commonly be related to nf in certain places.Other causes include spine, disc, and nerve impingement.
